1. Data controller
Personal data relating to customers, website visitors, and quotation requesters is processed by DantechS as data controller.

2. Categories of personal data
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Identity and contact data (name, company name, email, phone, address)
- Order and transaction data (ordered parts, quantities, condition, invoices, delivery details)
- Quotation request data submitted via forms (including product brand, part number, quantity, condition)
- Account and login data if you create a store account
- Communication records (emails, calls, messages you send us)
- Technical data needed to operate the website (IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers — see Cookie Policy)
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and fulfilling orders, quotations, delivery, returns, and warranty requests
- Creating and managing customer accounts
- Customer service and technical part-matching support
- Invoicing, accounting, and legal record-keeping
- Improving website security and preventing fraud/abuse
- Sending service messages about your order or request
- Where permitted and, where required, with your consent: limited commercial communications
4. Legal bases
Processing is carried out on one or more of the following bases, as applicable:
- Performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (orders, quotations, delivery)
- Compliance with legal obligations (tax, commercial books, consumer/e-commerce duties where applicable)
- Legitimate interests (IT security, improving service quality, defending legal claims), balanced against your rights
- Your consent, where consent is required (for example certain cookies or optional marketing)
5. Sharing of personal data
Personal data may be shared only as needed with service providers that support store operations (for example hosting/e-commerce platform, payment providers, cargo carriers such as DHL or your nominated forwarder, and professional advisors). Sharing is limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
Because DantechS serves customers internationally and uses online infrastructure and carriers, personal data may be processed in or accessed from countries other than your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards or legal transfer mechanisms are applied.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for mandatory commercial/tax retention periods under Turkish law, then delete or anonymize it where feasible.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data — KVKK), you may request to: learn whether your data is processed; request information about processing; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know third parties to whom data is transferred; request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data; request deletion/destruction under the statutory conditions; object to processing outcomes against your interests; and seek compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
